Dear Central Family, Things are a buzz around here as we see all of our volunteers prepare for the Christmas Store this Saturday and our Christmas Outreach next weekend! I hope that you are planning on being with us this Sunday as we continue our series on the Grinch who stole Christmas. This Sunday we will be learning how stress can steal your Christmas! I think we can all agree with that! So come plan to be encouraged and challenged and equipped to handle the stress that may be lurking at your heart’s door. I will be teaching in the Saturday Night Service and both Modern Services at 9:30 and 11:00. Pastor Bryan Bunagan, our Pastor of student Ministries will be teaching in the 9:30 Classic Service. Lots of Christmas music and dynamic worship are planned for all our services this weekend, so it is a great opportunity to do what so many others have been doing: contact and invite a friend to come along with you! A few other things to note: We will be doing baptisms in each Modern Service this Sunday morning, so if you want to be baptized, bring a change of clothes and a willing heart and join us! We will also be wrapping up our focus on generosity as we take a special love offering for our Haiti team that we will be commissioning and sending off to their December missions trip. Finally, all you women are reminded to stop by the Women’s Ministry table in the Fellowship Mall and sign up for the upcoming Women’s Prayer Walk on Saturday, January 5 -- a great way to start the new year.
