Dear Central Family,
Greetings from Atlanta!
I am here with the three other pastors and one Elder (to keep an eye on us) attending the Catalyst Leadership Conference. We are so excited about this conference and how God is using this to impact all of us to think big about God’s vision for Central and how we can effectively cooperate with Him to reach our surrounding communities with the power of the Gospel! God is doing some amazing things, and over the past few weeks as we have opened up the call for baptism, twenty two people have stepped forward to share their testimony of how Christ has changed their lives! The power of God has definitely been manifest each and every Sunday. We will be doing a similar thing in November, so plan on joining so many others in making your stand for Christ in public!
This weekend, we will finish our series, BETTER, with a bang! Pastor Anthony Gilmer will be teaching in the 9:30 Classic Service and I will be teaching the Saturday Night 6 pm service and both Modern Services on Sunday morning at 9:30 and 11:00. We will be celebrating the BETTER way of the Cross and Resurrection around the communion table, and you won’t want to miss this Sunday! So unless you are going away, please plan to be here for one of our four weekend services.
Gotta go… time to worship with 10,000 other fired up leaders! See you this weekend!
