Spring is getting closer!  And after the weather we had last weekend, I am so happy to feel spring in the air!

I know that many of our families were hit very hard by the flooding last weekend, and I encourage you to lift them up in your prayers. To all the women who were on the retreat last weekend, I am thanking God for how He spoke to hearts, and want you to know that you were greatly missed!

I hope that you will be with us this Sunday for one of our three services!  I will be speaking at the 9:30 and 11:15 services in the Worship Center, and Pastor Gilmer will be speaking at the 9:45 Classic Service in Allen Hall.  We will be continuing our study of Ephesians 6 as we learn about the armor that God has provided to equip all of us to be the witnesses He calls us to be.  I am so thankful that God always gives us what we need to do what He calls us to do.

I also want to let you know of some special things that are coming up at Central!

Sunday, April 4

EASTER SUNDAY!

Three Services:  9:30, 9:45, 11:15

I will be speaking live at all three services with a special drama at the 9:30 and 11:15 services designed to reach your friends with the good news of Christ and His resurrection.

Sunday, April 11

New Message Series:  Reel Faith

I will be starting a new message series in the 9:30 and 11:15 services designed with your friends in mind.  I am calling it Reel Faith as we examine the message of 3 popular films—Up, Avatar, and The Blind Side—from a Biblical frame of reference.  Each service is being crafted so you can bring your seeking friends to be exposed to uplifting worship, a clear gospel presentation, and a challenge from God’s word to reach them where they are.  We will have a guest speaker in the 9:45 services each week.  April is going to be an exciting month!

See you Sunday!
